Sim swap request help

My number starting with 074 is lost and I am trying to do a sim swap can anyone please help me

The  SIM card was delivered this morning and I wanted to know when the SIM card will be activated and the sim swap activated because the order still shows awaiting delivery on the website

There is a ting that says iccid I'm not sure if that is the short code but I'm going to type it in here so that you can check it's   NVK1BV  and there's numbers as well that is 77084  at the bottom there is EAN and a barcode next to it with just numbers so I'm not sure which one is the short code the numbers are ***
