Sim Swap not working and i'm expected to pay........hell no
Did a sim swap and it got delivered and it's now the almost full 2 weeks and i'm still waiting for it to be activated, and they expect me to pay full month subscription with a dead sim card. The level of customer service is shocking and i will be telling all my friends on all my social media platforms about the bad service. they don't respond to queries.
