SIM SWAP HELL

I have tried by all means to do a SIM swap. I called RAIN numerous times with no luck(MORE THAN ONCE, WAS ON HOLD FOR +20 MINUTES THEN THE LINE GOES OFF). I did the SIM swap process twice online(RAIN APP), no luck. I tried doing the SIM swap process on the rain website, more than 3 times with no luck(IT FREEZES IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU CLICK ON SUBMIT TICKET). Which means I'll be paying for something I didn't use. This is cruel, coming from Rain. I have to pay for alternative internet.

Rain doesn't have "SUPPORT". It's just nonexistent. Everyone is complaining about the same thing. Even now, I'll probably get that AUTO-GENERATED response from them.
