SIM Swap
I'm disgusted by the way my rain is taking time to do a simple thing of helping a client in need of assistance from them, they're the enablers of crime if they can't treat the Sim swap as an urgent matter more especially when the client is pushing for a fast turnaround time.

08 Feb 2023, 11:31 firstly contacted the service provider on the 03 February 2023, 14:52 . 5 days ago.
But now I'm told to wait for delivery that will take up 3-5 why must this happen to a client who doing everything in it's power to disable the crime that is happening but the service provider is taking some time to resolve the issue at hand with a lightning speed. I'm not happy with 3-5 waiting time.

firstly contacted the service provider on the 03 February 2023, 14:52 . 5 days ago.
