Sim ported ISSUES!!!
Most poor assistance ever. No assistance and only tobi to assist... received emails confirmations that I will be contacted... after 2 weeks NO NO REAPONSE NOR CALL BACK.

VOD needs to submit a port request. once we received it we can release the number. Please note you need to get new sim from VOD and RICA it, however after it has been activated do not put it in your device you need to leave it in the packaging.
