Sim One Kaaak
April/May I was offered a One Sim from Rain where you are given two sim cards with free minutes, data and sms every month. I’ve never been able to use minutes but they charge me every month, tried to report it that with these SIM cards I can’t make calls and they seem to not care😡😡😡. I then sent them a bulk messages using their app support to cancel/terminate my subscription but still 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 what a kaak telecommunications company.
What the use of having a SIM card that you are billed for every month but you can’t even use it to make calls?
