Sim not working

I have requested a new Sim card and that Sim has been delivered and still I don't have internet access how do I activate the internet on this sim cause now this is ridiculous!

Are you guys going to fix this or must I cancel your services this is frustrating now I mean y'all have your money but you can do just 1 stupid thing bringing Internet back y'all made me a fool and said the issue was with my Sim card but even now I received a new Sim yet y'all are falling to fix the issue come on guys catch a wake up and fix my Sim card please

Can someone tell me what's going on here am I Joke or what this has been happening for a long time now why can't I get proper assistance with this sim card
