SIM Not Received- Unable to get my money back

This company does not even deserve one star.I bought a unlimited SIM on the 14th May.Courier delivered but because I was not available to sign returned the SIM card.To date I have lodged numerous requests on their support function which now doesn't work.The call centre is closed and they are not accepting emails.I would like my money back.There is no response to the 7 support requests I have made.
