Sim not deactivated and delivered

I requested my sim card to be blocked and a new one to be sent to me, however I have not received any communication from rain. My sim card was ****** with the router, and it is still active.

I logged the query on the 14th and this the ref number #*** - rain sim support #*** This is unacceptable!
