SIM NOT BEING RICA

On the 24th of June 2020 I ordered the rain sim card from MR DELIVERY ,it was delivered (no request for rica documents ) I paid the R479 for the 4g unlimited package went to the RICA online option and tried to load my docs which failed i received an automated response that a consultant will call me .

2 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY FOLLOW UP EMAILS NOR A PHONE CALL !!!

IS THIS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU OFFER ! TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND DONT PROVIDE THE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
