Sim not activated waitng to be RICA'ed for three days
On the 18 February 2021 i signed in, chose the plan and registered my payment details. Then R479 went out of my account and the status of the sim is waiting to be RICA'ed order no: *** and i didn't receive any link until now. I have sent them an email yesterday and also today but no response from the customer support|***. If i can't get any assistance for my sim to be activated, can i get my money back
