Sim not activated

Its been 3 days and my sim hasn't been rica'd. I think the issue is that i used my passport number to register the sim because their system was refusing to take my ID number. When i rica, 1st it forces me to use the ID book which i do and then tells my details are not matching. Tried to contact support, nothing! I just get automated responses
