Sim not activated

I ordered the 5G 499 package just for my order to be canceled after 15 days of waiting then i later received an sms from RAM regarding my delivery which they indeed delivered, it's been almost 3 days now my sim is not yet activated i will like to know what is happening can someone please get my sim activated now
