Sim is not working 7 days after delivery

NEVER EVER JOIN Rain Mobile, not if it is internet that you need. I have been trying for 6 days to get my sim card activated after receiving it 7 days ago. I have had my query escalated numerous times, with no luck. No one ever called me back after promising to do so plenty of times. After online chats, countless telephone calls, screaming, crying and asking nicely, I still have no services!
