sim delivery

a rain agent contacted me yesterday in regards to our problem he said the problem was fixed and he is going to request for the sim to be delivered at my adres today through ram but according to ram they havent received anything yet from rain with the correct inv thanks can u please reorder the sim and send it or pleas contac ram and fix the detals on the sim for delivery thanks
