Sim connection

I did sim-swap cause I lost my sim and though the sim card took forever to arrive and it still didn't work when it arrived. After numerous back and forth of emails no one seem to be willing to assist. Theres one agent whom was very professional about the matter. Her level of professionalism was high, attentive to details, willing take me through all the procedure to see check what was the problem with my sim card. The matter was referred to other departments but she kept on checking on daily basis if they managed to help me, Lerato Mo***eng, her telephone attiquet, she was very professional, patient
