Sim cards still not delivered

I don't normally like complaining but I feel like sometimes we're taken advantage of as paying customers we deserve better service from rain so basically rain 5g router priced at R560 comes with 2 extra sim cards which they give you 2gb of data every month,so in January I lost one of the sim cards so on the app there's an option where you can request another one so I did request it they said they would deliver within working days,even today I'm still waiting I've been writing tickets and emails, on their app it still says ' congratulations your order has been activated successfully, the order number is ***, it's been 6 months now but when it's time to pay them they make sure they remind you they even write whatsapp and I've been a loyal customer paying every month without skipping
