Sim card undelivered

Hi I ordered a rain sim card on the 1st of May 2020 and never got it and they deducted money from my account. Called the courier company and was told they returned the sim card to Rain Offices as they captured the wrong contact number and couldn't find my address. Tried calling their (Rain)offices and the call doesn't go through, emails are never responded to. Please rectify this or terminate my contract and refund me my money.
