SIM card suspended

I made a payment on the 15 /04/2020 however my line is still suspended an Agent Kgotso rep**** stating my line has been deactivated he then kept quiet when I explained that I have to lines one is cancelled he must reactive the other one that I registered with using my passport but he just kept quiet I can see that he also respond to the complain s that we send to Hello Peter this Agent renders a very poor service as he is not responding to my emails I will keep on complaining until someone here's my cry open my Rain SIM card as all was paid this is an appalling poor service
