Sim Card still not activated

My Rain SIM card was delivered by a company called CCD Couriers, at which they were very rude ok fine they scanned my ID and Proof of Resident and now the SIM card has been showing “No Sim” for two weeks now and seems to have not been activated, I’ve been putting in call requests with rain ever since but no one has gotten back to me this is really frustrating
