SIM card not loaded with Data Plan and Poor Service by the Company

This is my 2nd complaint on this platform about your poor service. I recently joined rain on the 20th March and my 4G SIM card hasn't worked. The problem is the Data plan is not loaded on my SIM and i have paid. When will my issue be resolved? Or should I just cancel the agreement and seek my refund?

If it's not fixed by end of business today I will cancel and move on
