SIM card is not working

My sim card is not working and I have been calling rain non stop with no solution. It’s been over a month the SIM card is not working please get this fixed

Thank you. But my issue is that the SIM card is not working I am not able to make calls yes I get messages and all that but I am not able to make calls or to answer calls can you please look into that
