Sim Card delivery takes forever, No connectivity for 2 weeks while paying for the Data, worse expectance as I'm working from Home and having to buy extra Data from other Networks

Had connectivity issues over a weekend(17-17 Sep 2023) when I called rain they said it's sim issue and they'll do a Sim swap which would take 2 days for delivery. Tuesday morning I got sms from CCD indicating I'll be called for delivery schedule which never happened and after seeing days going by without delivery I called on Friday (22 Sep 2023) and only upon my call a delivery schedule was done and it was for Wednesday ( 27 Sep 2023) which is a week and a half after raising my connectivity with rain. I work from home and heavily rely on internet connectivity so without rain sim card I had to buy Data for the whole week which now almost 2 weeks
