Sim card Delivery

I have placed an order with Rain on the 1st of April and made the payment on the same day, called 2 days later as i noted on my profile that its still awaiting paymnt, called and spoke to Nox whom i sent my bank statement to . STill today is the 12 it still shows they are awaiting a payment. either i get my money back as its your services that is bad and not my problem. an email was sent last week and the guy Lethukukhanya Nxumalo closed the ticket without even checking whats the issue. Im dissapointed as the 1st timer to experience such a service. Does Patrice know how this business works?
