Sim card delivery

regarding the above, I made an order for my sim card delivery which was not met, spoke to France Munyai on the 03/08/2020 who mentioned to me that I will get the simcard not later than the end of this week, today is Friday and numerous emails have been sent but there hasnt been any response or any communication sent to me. I am not satisfied with the service as I will then have to cater the payment month end but the service hasnt been rendered as yet.
