Sim card collection

This is not a review. But the only means of contact I have since I cant find your contact details anywhere. I ordered a sim card on the 25th of June and have since been waiting for delivery. Ram has sent me multiple sms's and emails saying they are going to deliver. Last week I missed 3.5 days of work waiting for a delivery that never came. Yesterday 7 July, they promised to deliver today, 8 July. Again, I left work early to make sure that I am available at home. Its now 18h30 and no delivery has been made. Can you advise an alternative way for me to get my sim card. If you dont have a collection option for me to get my sim card then please cancel my order and refund my money. I am not prepared to waste any more of my time waiting for this pathetic and *********** company to deliver. Not to mention the amount of money spent on airtime calling them and waiting for over 10 minutes at a time trying to chase my order. I have also wasted so much money on data for my whole family as I have already canceled my other data contract. I am gatvol of Ram. My Ram waybill: RAIN04-***8
