SIM Card Activation

I am disappointed and frustrated with Rain, i bought sim card on Saturday and register online to activate the SIM and paid R479 and the simcard is still not active...i have to live-stream at school everyday but i cant and now I'm behind with my studies ...I called the office but they off line and the email said an agent will call me within 24-48 hours and till today I'm still waiting.
