Signal/network problems costing me unnecessary money

I got my Rain sim late January 2021 it hasn't given me problems until now from the 1st of March 2021 when i moved from Kagiso to protea glen, i requested assistance thinking its a due payment but it was just the signal i spoke with one of the network guys that work there but there hasn't been any improvement or what ever steps he told me to do are not working to better my signal, my location is less than a kilometer from one of their towers but even now no one has been helping me, i have been going back and forth with this person for about 5days now through email and nothing happens now he is not even responding to my emails anymore when I'm tiling him that his solutions are not working. Someone has to see this through, i cannot be paying soo much for such bad signal. i had to buy data on my cellphone so i can connect my laptop and everything because the Rain Wi-Fi isn't working, which is more cost to me. this is not fair.
