Signal Strength of less than half

I am beyond irritated. I am getting signal strengths not even strong enough to run my cellphone browser. PATHETIC!!!!!

I have requested to be "detached" from a location 1.1km away and to be "re-attached" to a site 400m from my house. lets see if this will help. R479 pm for such bad signal is not even worth it. beginning to wonder if 4G is being put on the back burner because Rain now offers 5G??

I want a response ASAP. Ticket logged, have yet to hear from them, even though my ticket was logged earlier today, from previous experience and that of others, Rain seems to respond if and when they feel like it.
