Signal problems

Good day.. I trust this mail finds you well.

My payment package is R467pm and I pay deligently yet I always experience problems with Rain. Last month you debited the full amount but I was only activated 2weeks later. This month you debited half the amount (R269) and I have not been actived again.

I am not impressed with the service I have been receiving from your team. This is my 4th complaint.

If I cannot be helped, I may have to escalate my account to Hello Peter.
