Signal

I've had rain for the past 5 years and everything was fine but in the past year I am maybe getting 0.28mb/s and the signal is horrible when I report it I just get an email saying everything is fine on their side and I must try and move through the house to get a better signal I have been through the house and outside but nothing gets better, even climbing a tree and with the tower being 2.34km away and we can see the tower signal is still bad.
