Sickening service

I Checked for coverage with RAIN in my area and I saw all blue and canceled my previous contract with a different ISP praying that I won't get a bad experience based on the reviews of how bad rain is, and I chose not to believe all the stories and go ahead. I've since logged for a refund last Saturday The 7th of August, I'm still waiting for my refund, I'm currently sitting without connectivity at home because I need that money to buy a prepaid bundle until I can get my new wifi up and running. Every time I call they say the matter is with billing.... Rain can I have my money back please, for heaven's sake!
