Sick of Rain
Had the worst experience with Rain since the beginning of December, the network disconnects every two minutes which makes it impossible to do anything. Have called numerous times, dealt with some of the rudest consultants and everytime told to do a hard reset, that hasn't worked. Been trying to call again for the past few days and calls are not answered, if you're out of the office, make it known!!! The last consultant I talked to even told me that we have used half the data of what we normally use every other months and they still have the audacity to charge me the full amount, even though they have proof of all the calls made of no service. 😡😡😡😡

I have already been billed the full amount and that is not the issue, one of your agents confirmed that our usage was far less in December and suddenly we have used as much as the previous months, how convenient for you guys? The billing is not an issue as I can imagine there's been months I have used more data but how is it possible that you cannot pick up the glitch I have been experiencing from your side? I have a Tower less than 400m from my house and I am still experiencing the worst your network has to offer, I was moved to 2/3 different towers now and the network is at its worst now. I called more than 10 times this year alone with absolutely no concrete solution from your side. At this point I am convinced Rain is self sabotaging.
