Sick and tired of poor service.

I wish I could give this service provider no stars. A few agents are well equipped in customer service. However the few that there are are really bad. I emailed Rain a whole ago and am still waiting for my 5g service to be canceled. I have also been charged even though I asked to cancell and have not been using the service. When these agents call and I answer, they put the phone down and probably pretend that I am dropping. Why would I drop if I want my money back? I want my refund and I want my service cancelled. This is enough!!!! I have had enough!!! I want nothing more to do with Rain!!! They can sign you up quickly but when you want to leave its a struggle.
