Sick and tired and of your poor service Rain!!

I have been having endless problems with my internet.

I have logged so many tickets and yet no one cares to respond.

how it it that rain has control over our money so they can debit your account whenever the like but when your looking for someone to solve your problems, they're nowhere to be found.

I cannot access any social media platforms/ Netflix or any of my work Apps.

If more than once person is connected to the internet it is even worse.

It literally took me 30mins to get onto this site to write this review, like what the hell am i actually paying for then???

I was told they do not throttle, but it seems that was all a lie, THEY ACTUALLY DO!

When will this sh*t end rain!!
