Sick and Tired

The worst company to offer a package but cant give what they promise. i have full signal and my connection is less then 2Mbps download and sometimes i am lucky to get 1Mbps upload speed. according to map i have full 4g coverage but my telkom simcard on 3g is giving us beter speeds then your company. Then phoned your customer care number today and spoke to a lady to get an email adress to lodge a complaint as i have lodged 2 times already on the rain app. Very rudely told me goodluck and Hung up the phone. I will make sure this gets to the newspapers first for false advertising then secondly for **** service from the customer support.

My next step is to cancel this Circus(but by the way things are looking will also take 100 years to do)
