Shut Down Rain Immediately

I have never had a worse experience than with Rain. Everything is a struggle and a fight. Like one is fighting a losing battle. I have been with Rain on 4 different occasions, and to this day their *********** staff cannot assist me effectively. It is a miserable experience from the moment you order, to delivery, and when you start using it. Why is this network still being allowed to operate while majority of its reviews are complaints and frustration from its few customers. It's as though we are dealing with ghost agents.
