Hi i send you a email about my wifi what is so show but no respond and i want to find out what is the problem with the internet

Hi its seems the internet its *** again and its was working perfectly this moning but why suddenly it stop working i dont like the internet and i mast pay for a wifi what is not working probably and why is the internet still down

Hi how long mast i wait fot the internet to come back because this a bad service off you and you apologize everyday but there is no action to the internet and why is there a problem with tower evertime when its working good and suddenly there is a problems with the tower cant take this bol**** i want a good answer what is going on and you are so bad service i will request to no body to you
