Shouldn't be called internet provider

I'm hoping whoever thinks of getting a rain Sim card reads these comments first. Don't waste your money. R479 a month but I end up using my Vodacom data instead to download a simple 45 min series as rain takes more than 12 hrs to download 1 episode. My family and I is completely dissatisfied and disappointed in the speeds or lack thereof. It's OK if you just want to use it to send and receive whatsapp messages, but can't use it for anything else. It's a ****** waste of time and I will definitely be canceling. This company shouldn't even be called an internet provider.
