This is by far, the most useless company I have ever come across. No response, no contact numbers, no email addresses, automated replies on Facebook and website. How are you even still selling products, Rain? Please come and take my 5G router back, I will pay you to sell it to some other unlucky customer. What a total waste of money, time and breath having to deal with you.
