Shoddy service from Rain

I signed up for Rain, paid the R699 and promptly received the router. I spent the next month trying to connect the SIM card but to no avail - after a month of not having internet despite daily/endless phone calls and messages I canceled with Rain - just as promptly as the delivery of the router so was it collected - if only this level of service could have been app**** to the faulty SIM card!! I am still waiting for my refund a month later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder if I will ever get it.
