Shoddy Customer Support
I have requested a call from Customer Services requesting cancellation of my account. Since 24/5/24 I have heard nothing from them. They send me an email with ref number on 5/6/24, 19/6/24 (3 times). I have sent email and phoned with no reply to either. Are they not helping because I want to cancel. This is shoddy support
