*** - shoddy customer service from Rain

Absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service received from Rain. I cancelled my contract with Rain in October as I relocated*** and was assured November's debit Order would not go off - it did. After over a week of phonecalls and emails I am STILL waiting for someone to contact me or a call to be answered at least - you are just left on hold until call drops.

I highly recommend other service providers are considered before Rain for anyone looking for connectivity
