Shockingly Terrible

This has been the absolute worst service delivery I have ever experienced. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt after my 5G wifi stopped working 4 hours after I purchased it. They said their towers were down so once more, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After 6 days of no internet whilst being a brand new customer, the towers came back up. My wifi however, was still completely dysfunctional. This is where the benefit of the doubt became impossible. The only help I received by phoning 3 times a day for a week, was to restart or reset my router. If the average turn around time on all complaints is this atrocious , I can’t see how selling such a product is even remotely legal. Paying upfront is fine, If they do their part and actually PROVIDE A SERVICE.
