Shockingly poor service

Shockingly poor service. I have asked for a sim swap months ago, still nothing. Then they said I qualify for an upgrade and told me my new sim cards were on their way on 18 September. Still nothing and no response to any queries logged. Just the same old generic message that a customer service agent will be in contact soon, no one ever gets back to you don't even waste your time.
