Shockingly bad service and coverage with the 101

Cannot believe how shockingly bad your 101 product has been for me. The download speed is fantastic, i cannot fault you guys there BUT if i want to upload anything, even a 1mb file to the cloud or if I backup any of my devices, the internet cuts immediately and the router states "no connection". Every single time. When i call you call centre to report this issue, they say to me that there is nothing that they can do and that Rain does NOT guarantee any upload speed. How do you except anyone to work with no abililty to upload anything at all. I am in total disbelief and am unbelievably aggravated at such incompetence and a clear oversight on your behalf. I will be cancelling your services and will return this terrbile so called router back to your offices. Shocking shocking shocking. If anyone reading this has the intention of signing up for the Rain 101, DO NOT waste your money.
