shocking support service at rain

Good day,

i have a serious issue i used to use *** as my email address for rain

i have since left that company and have no access to that email address My banking details have changed and i have now for a couple of months had to make manual payments as i cannot log onto the app due to email address

i made payment on 2 December 2024 for my rain service

i have now been shut off internet saying i have an outstanding balance i have Proof of payment that i made payment on 2 december i have called the contact centre 5 times so far no one can assist me and everyone says they will call back this is not happening and i need to have access to my internet that i have paid for

can i not log on using my phone number?

please contact me and urgently assist with my queries
