Shocking Support

Worst support service I have ever received. They had a field consultant come and drop off two sim cards that have not been activated for about 4 months. I've logged two tickets that were never attended to and subsequently closed. Rain has been terrible since 2020 when I first joined. I WhatsApp'd the consultant and he's just asked me to log another ticket. Having worked in support before, the level of service is disgusting to say the least. Cancelling my contract and moving on from a network that has poor service and ***gy backs off of other networks for basic reception and service. They even had the audacity to send notifications to me in the Rain app yet I have never had any internet breakout on any of the sim cards delivered to me.
