SHOCKING SERVICE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND

Absolutely shocking - Was Not able to Rica my Sim Card, after a month of Calls and emails I requested a Refund which was to take 7-10 days, After calling today I now get told they were unable to process the refund to my account ??? Why - They were quick to take the funds but unable to refund - now I had to give my details again to do a eft payment to me !!!! AGAIN another 7-10 days - this is absolutely absurd service , I will never recommend or use Rain ever again ...
