SHOCKING SERVICE - NONE EXISTANT

Shocking service, have been battling for 2 weeks to RICA my sim card, asked them to change to my details so I could do it, sent through copy of ID, only be told cant be changed, but too send both mine and my husband ID's so that can RICA and send a new sim. We have already paid for fees for the sim and not able to use it. Phone on a daily basis and phones cut off. No one is bothering to sort this out and its extremely frustrating. How does a company run when they cannot sort out a simple problem out. Highly disappointed.
